QUESTION: Hi Roberto,
as you may know, the cect phones do not come witha complete user guide...although i purchased a couple of different versions of the guide online i have not been able to figure out if there a specific bluetooth headset that i have to use with this phone or not!?
and also some of the picture messages or MMS that have been sent to my phone won't download even though i have extra memory and space for them to download. for example for a 64k MMS that i try to download it will say "message download failed"
and the last issue that i have been having is that i don't think that my bluetooth work!? because it says it is on and the little sign is showing that its on, but i can never receive or send anything using bluetooth.

ANSWER: Hello Setareh,

Your bluetooth issue should be resolved in the settings make sure that both items are paired off. Did you pair off the bluetooth handset and your phone if not that is your problem. Also please make sure that the bluetooth mode shows visible to all. The reason as to why your picture messaging is failing is also because of the settings your need to have the mms settings and the internet settings on your phone to be able to get the picture downloaded onto your phone. There are Universal Bluetooth headsets that accept 1.1 1.2 and 2.0 if you want something that is universal and will not give you any problems I suggest getting the newer Universal headsets if you have any specific name brand that you are prone to please let me know and I can make some suggestions. Also in order to configure your phones settings please let me know who is your provider and I will give you the settings. I do not have any favorite name brands, but I will take any suggestions :) as for the bluetooth.
And as far a the MMS goes, why is it that I am able to recieve some and not the others!?

The main reason as to why you can and cannot receive mms messages at times is because that phone is a European phone and it is a triband phone it is only accepting frequency from one band here in the United States the other two band frequencies the phone has are from Europe & Asia that is the main reason. If the phone was a Quadband phone or a Worldphone you would not be having those problems.

As for the Bluetooth I suggest getting something that is going to be comfortable in your ear it is mainly about comfort. Some devices are pretty much too big or too small so before you purchase any of my suggestions please make sure you try on any dummy bluetooth headphones they might have. I have a Motorola H12 it has dual voice microphone it has background noise reduction and it fits great in my ear it has also a nice loop that fits over your ear with no problem. Another suggesetion would be the Jawbone it has military grade noise reduction very good and very accurate with the best background noise reduction around now.
