Question I recently acquired a P168c. On starting up the phone for the first time, the phone asks for a phone lock code. I entered 1122 as instructed by the manual, however it keeps telling me that it is the wrong password. How can I resolve this issue?
Answer Hello Richard,
I need some more information from you. Is the phone new or used, because if it is used it could be that the person who owned the phone before you changed the security code you would need to contact them for the correct new passcode. Also did you have a lock code for your sim card it could be that it is asking you for the lock code you had on your previous phone. Please answer the following questions so I can assist you further, Thank you.
