QUESTION: I have an LG cu515. When I send a text, I type my message then push "the send" to button. The phone then pulls up the recipient screen with the text bar on the top. Under that is a list of my contacts with the three most contacted at the top, then all the other numbers alphabetically below them. My boyfriends number is always at the top because he is the one I text the most. Well, today I sent a picture message to my own email address and that number is now coming up on top and my boyfriend isn't in the top three anymore. How do I get his name to appear there again. I have sent him textx since then...but it won't change. help!


ANSWER: Hello Kerstin,

This happens with all of the newer Lg models. I am a big time Lg fanatic when this happens to me I have to send a forward to three people including your boyfriend. The next time you have to send him a text message he will appear at the top again. If that does not work I suggest to send him more text messages this will automatically put him on top as your most selected person you send text messages to. QUESTION: can you clarify on sending a forward? does it have to be something i hve received from someone else of can it be a message I create that I want to send to three people? How do I send to multiple people? Thank you for your prompt answer!

Hello Kerstin,

It could be any type of forward it could be something that somebody has sent you and you want to forward it because you thought it was really funny. It could be a picture of something you took and just want to send it there way or something else. I am sure that this will solve your problem I had the same problem with my wifes cell phone number and this is how I cleared it.
