Cellular Phones/Need settings for phone

QuestionI just bought a unlocked Motorola V365 phone from Ebay. My provider is ATT&T but the phone is set up for Telcel. I would like to know what the settings are so that i may set up Media Net and also send multimedia messages. I can't send any pictures. Thank you.

Here's what to do:
1. Press the Menu Key.
2. Scroll to and select "Settings"
3. Scroll to and select "WEB ACCESS".
4. Scroll to and select "Web Sessions."
5. Highlight "MMS" and press the Menu Key or create new WebSession if needed.
6. Scroll to and select "Edit".(skip if created new)
7.Validate the following parameters or enter them in if created new:
* Name: MMS
* Homepage:
http://mmsc.cingular.com
* Service Type 1: WAP
* Gateway IP: 66.209.11.61
* Port 1: 9201
* Domain 1: blank
* Service Type 2: WAP
* Gateway IP 2: 000.000.000.000
* Port 2: 0
* Domain 2: blank
* DNS 1: 000.000.000.000
* DNS 2: 000.000.000.000
* Timeout: 10 Minutes
* CSD no 1: Blank
* Username: 1: blank
* Password 1: blank
* Speed (Bps) 1: 9600
* Line Type 1: ISDN
* CSD no 2: blank
* User Name 2: blank
* Password 2: blank
* Speed (Bps) 2: 9600
* Line Type 2: ISDN
* GPRS APN: wap.cingular
* User Name: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
* Password: CINGULAR1
8. Press the left soft key 4 times to return to the main menu.
9. Scroll to and select "Messages".
10. Press the Menu key.
11. Scroll to and select "Message Inbox".
12. Scroll to and select "Setup".
13. Scroll and highlight "MMS Message Setup" and select "Change".
14. Scroll to and select "Server Info".
15. Scroll to "MMS", then press the Menu key or Create new if needed
16. Scroll to and select "Edit". (again skip this if created new)
17. Validate the following settings or if new enter them in:
* Service Name: MMS
* Server Name:
http://mmsc.cingular.com
* Web Session Name: MMS
