Question
Hello there. I have a Samsung SPH-M300 phone. I recently bought the data cable, and am wondering how I would transfer ringtones onto the phone. I have a ringtone that I want in MP3 format on my computer, how and what would I use to make it into a ringtone to be compatible with this phone? Any help would be great! Thanks so much~

Answer
Hello Deanna,

You have a Sprint phone they are pretty strict about putting ringtones on your phone the majority of the time you have to purchase them from sprint, however the ringtone should be transfered to your phone from your computer via Mobile Phone Manager software like Bitpim or iSync to transfer your ringtones from your computer to your cell phone a usb data cable or bluetooth. Your data cable will need a driver in order for your phone to work and be recognized by your pc here is a link to the driver http://www.samsung.com/us/support/download/supportDown.do?group=mobilephones&typ... I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
