I have a samsungr410 red model from metro pcs.Ive had this phone for about 4 months.It already comes installed with aol instant messanger (aim) service on it.Every time i try to sign on, the message i get is "timeout   did not recieve response from AIM server.Select wait to continue waiting or sign off"      this problem has been there for about maybe a month and couple of weeks.Each time i click wait, the same message keeps repeating.    & also whenever i click the aim icon fromt he menu, it goes straight to signing on without letting me type in my sn informaton. im pretty sure that happens when you save the password but i cant remember clicking that.    Sorry for the big question but i wanted it to be detailed as possible.Thank you very much in advance!

Have you by any chance deleted an internet access to your account, because using the aim feature consists of using internet access and if there is no internet access on your account you will not be able to log on. Please contact your service provider and make sure you have internet access on your account other wise you will not be able to log on.
