QUESTION: I got this phone and it works for a little bit then turns off but it has a full battery, I used the codes *#3646633# and changed the settings it works fine for about 15 minutes I was able to get calls and recieve text messages and all of a sudden it turned off and it will turn back on by itself then when I push a button it turns off again. what should I do?

ANSWER: Hello Missy,

I have seen this problem with this phone and other similiar iphone clones for some reason the phones are coming out defective. Has it been less than 30 days since you purchased it. Did you purchase the phone from ebay or from a actual cell phone shop, did you get a warranty. The phone will work for a temporary amount of time and not turn on and will work again randomly. The phone either needs to be flashed due to a software glitch or it might have some water damage. On the reverse side of the phone when you take out the battery there should be a circular or rectangular white sticker if it is any color other than white it means water damage or any other type of condensation damage. QUESTION: no there is no water damage. We purchased it from an independent seller and now he refuses to speak with us and he said I broke the phone and refuses to refund the money or fix the glitch. How do you flash it or what needs to be done? it is disturbing that we paid so much money and have nothing to show for it. Do you know if they can be fixed?

If you purchased the item on ebay and you paid through paypal you can file a claim on paypal and mark the product did  not work as your reason for your complaint and they will review it in hopes that you are issued a full refund. QUESTION: Hello it's me again, I went to that website and it didn't have the phone I have on the box of this phone it say's bluetooth and it has a picture of the look a like of the iphone but the battery is all in japanise or chinese writing. anyways the guy who sold it to us changed his number and is now non traceable. is there anymore assistance you can give me. or even keep me posted about any updates on this phone?

I do apologize but since that phone is a japanese phone I pretty much dont get updates on there phones basically only on the phones that your local cell phone carriers have. I do apologize for any inconvience as I stated before if you purhcased the item through your ebay and paypal you can file a claim with them, If you purchased the phone through any other vendor websites see what there steps are in the return process.
