Question
I put my t-mobile SIM in a new unlocked Moto razr v3i phone.  It does not show any of my contacts.  What can I do?

Hello Steve,

You have two options to store your contacts either your phone memory capacity or your sim card capacity. Your phones memory capacity is the default memory meaning unless you change this option your contacts will not be stored to your sim card first. What you need to do is put your sim card into your other phone and copy over the contacts from your phone to your sim card if you need help with this option let me know what kind of phone you have and I will guide you through this. The other alternative is to take your phone to a T-mobile store and they will copy your contacts with there sim reader machine.
