i recently bought a hiphone 168 unlocked and i am using a tmobile sim. the phone works fine but i cant use the mms feature for text and i cant get the WAP to work. I was wondering also is there any free downloads that i may get to help with al of these problems?

Hello Antoine,

There is no download you can actually get to your phone that will fix this problem. That is a problem that you get when purchase an unlocked phone you will need to enter the settings manually.

MMS
1-Message Settings-->click Server Profile
2-Click on any 1--> click on Edit Profile

1- Rename profile
T-mobile MMS
2- Homepage
http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
3-Data Account
click on GPRS--> choose Tmobile--> press OK
4- Connection Type
HTTP
5- Username
leave it blank
6 Password
leave it blank

CLICK ON DONE --> SAVE-->ACTIVATE PROFILE

Everytime you choose Http as the connection type for your settings, the phone will ask you for a proxy address and port number.
You need that info to be able to get your sevice to work
