I will to travel to a different country soon, so I asked my service provider to unlock my phone. They had given me the unlock code but then when I inserted the sim card that i am supposed to use in my phone,all the keys got locked.when I called back my provider they said,I have to call my phone company.My phone is SLVR L7. my phone no. is 856 952 8041

Hello Cristina,

I do apologize but this is something I can not help you out with. This phone can not be remote unlocked you will need to manually enter the information that was given to you. You will need to enter a different sim card other than your at&t sim card and when your phone turns on you will see a message to enter subsidy unlock code enter the code that was given to you this will unlock the phone for you to be able to use the phone when you travel to a different country. You will need to contact the service provider if the instructions did not work for you so they can either issue you a different unlock code or if they can warranty your phone.
