QUESTION: how come my new phone won't except my old phone's sim card?
and what does it mean when your sim card is starting to turn pink?

Please make sure that the sim card has been placed in properly and is not upside down or backwards. Also please make sure that your cell phone is the same provider as your tracfone sim card. If you sim card changes color there is nothing wrong with that it is just generic plastic if the gold part of the chip changes from gold to green then you need to replace the chip because it has water or humidity damage. If you sat on the phone perhaps you might have damaged the motherboard on your phone and that would need replacing of the phone. To be honest with you I could not give you an exact diagnosis of the phone of what is causing it to malfunction without seeing the phone. At this point I am just going on assumption. You will need to get the phone to a certified technician to inspect your phone and diagnose the problem.
