i cant find the answer to this question!!
my friend receives a 13 digit number called him..5462164987648..is it from Japan? or calling card?..how is it sequenced? i hope this in your genre of knowledge?? thanks.

It is probably from a telemarketer with a scrambled number that is why you go so many digits if it was from any continent you would see 011 area code number etc. If it was from a calling card you would see unknown number or anonymous or odds are a 800 number.
