Question
I just purchased this phone in China and am just starting to learn how to use it.  When I make a phone call the recipient hears an echo when he speaks back.  I don't get an echo of when I talk.  What is causing this?  I use AT&T.

Answer
Hello Sandi,

You should never hear any feedback on any of your calls, are you talking in loudspeaker mode, are you next to any radio equiptment or any thing that can cause interference. If you are not I would suggest for you to return the phone it might be a defective phone. Please also be aware that this is a Triband European and Asian phone. In the United States it will only work on one Band of frequency which will depending on your location have issues with reception. It might be that your location has very low reception and this can also be a cause. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
