Question
My phone will not power up do you have a solution ?

Answer
Hello Terry,

Please remove the back cover off your phone and remove the battery on the back end of your battery you will see a white circular sticker that should be white. If the sticker is any color other than white it means your phone has had some type of water damage, being water, humidity, condensation, or something else. If it turns out that your phone has some type of water damage that is the reason why your phone will not charge. If that is not the problem please follow these following steps. Attempt to charge your phone for about 10 minutes to see if you get a response from the battery. If you do not in order for us to make sure that it is not your charger attempt to charge your phone off your computer with the data cable that was issued with your phone. If you still do not get a response from your phone it could be that your phone battery is dead and it needs replacing take the phone and battry to your local at&t store they should be able to swap out the battery for you at no cost. After you get the battery go home and attempt to charge the phone if you still do not get a response the damage will be with the phone and you will need to get the phone replaced at your warranty office or they can ship to you. Your warranty office is 1-800-801-1101. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
