I am trying to connect to the internet via my usb, but i seem to be getting a connection error, i have pc suite installed, i am not to sure if i need to re install the drivers or if there are any updated drivers that should be installled, please help.

Hello Kevin,

In order to be able to use your phone as a modem you need to have a tethering package on your phone plan. Please call your cell phone provider to see if you have that data package and if you do not have the plan you have to add the plan in order to be able to use your phone as a modem.
