Hello I have the CECT 168+ phone and it is showing the MMS icon, but when I go to check it, says it is empty. I have tried the usual fix, but nothing works, do you know if there is a way to delete the internal memory I tired the restore to factory settings and didn't fix it. Would you have any other solution on how to get this icon to go away.

Hello Dustin,

I have never come across that problem, have you tried to perform a soft reboot that is taking out the battery of the phone while the phone is on, this will restart the phones software and hopefully rid you of this error. If you have already tried this please let me know what other steps you tried so I can be of help to you.
