hi I have a HTC 8125 that isn't turn on.
I forgot to charge it and I tried to charge the battery with AC connector and I changed  by another battery and like the old one doesn't get charge the device doesn't charge and doesn't turn on. I would like to know what can i do to make it works again. Thanks for your help

I dont think the problem is your battery I think the problem might be your charger if not the charging port. Take off the battery cover and the battery on the base side of he phone there is a squared white sticker if it is any color other than white it means your phone has some type of water, condensation, humidity, sweat damage and this could and has possibly damaged your phones main board. If your sticker is still white the odds are it is going to be a charger issue. Please replace it with a HTC charger do not use a Blackberry or a Motorola charger as this will damage your board. You can go to your local at&t store to test out your phone on one of there chargers before purchasing it and let it charge for about 5 minutes if it does not charge it will be a charging port issue or possibly a board issue. I will also suggest for you to take your charger to see if it works on one of there phones or possibly try charging your phone at home with your charger from different outlets. If your phone is fine and your charger is working I will suggest for you to contact at&t to see if your phone is under its warranty program, this way they will exchange the phone.
