QUESTION: I saw your answer for the settings to get the LG KE920 phone to receive Internet and MMS for an unlocked phone and I did that and it acts like its getting on the Internet but then says Network Unavailable.  Do you know what I need to do to get access to the Internet?

QUESTION: I have at&t.  The setting for the MMS I believe has an 09 for the ip but mine has 3 zero's on the screen.  Is is supposed to be 009 or how do I delete that extra zero?

ANSWER: Hello Elise,

It is fine you dont have to see all three 0 in order for them to be there at times a blank will replace a zero if it starts with a 0. Have you gone over your settings to make sure they were all entered exactly. Are you in an area where you have high signal strength, please be advised that this phone is a triband phone and only one frequency is U.S. compatible and that frequeny is very limited here in the U.S. What city are you located in, I will do some research for you.

I was just given the following settings that should work for you if you continue to have problems with your phones internet settings I will suggest for you to contact att tech support as it might be an internal problem and hopefully they can fix the problem for you and go over the steps with you.
