QUESTION: Hi, I have an LG Shine and I can't get my wap or mms to work.  Do you know the settings for Cincinnati Bell Wireless?

My advice is that you find the settings for a like model. I went to their web site and looked for an LG phone and this link below will take you to the page where you can look up the specific settings for an LG phone. QUESTION: Did that, didn't work. Tried each and everyone of their LG models. Suggest that you stop recommending it to people.

Saw that you had actually shown someone else how and what to enter for a manual configuration on a different phone, thought you'd be able to do the same for mine.

I do apologize that I wasnt able to help you I will suggest for you to contact Cincinnati Bells technical support they should walk you through the steps in order to configure your phone. They might ask you to follow the exact steps I have asked you to follow. I am not too familiar with Cincinnati Bells settings I am more familiar with other bigger companies.
