Hi My name is Joel kandt and i was wondering is you can send picture messages on the iphone or if i have to get an iphone 3g for that.

Hello Joel,

I do apologize but you can not send multi media pictures on the first version of the iphone you can on the new 3g version of the iphone. If you have the original iphone you can send pictures by sending them by your email address if you want to send the picture to somebodys phone you would send it this way 7735555555@mms.att.net that way your friends who have at&t phones would be able to receive them as if they were multi media messages.
