Cellular Phones/Master Reset for Verizon Motorola W385

Question
I recently purchased the Motorola W385 phones for our company; I need to switch a phone from one user to another and would like to do a Master/Factory reset. I have found instructions on how to do this through the 'Initial Setup' menu option, but that is not available on the Verizon version. Is there another way to do a complete reset?
Hi Nicole -
Verizon has set up this phone so that you cannot do a master reset. This type of master reset would also wipe out the Verizon settings, so you wouldn't want to do this. Your best bet is simply to delete contacts and text messaging and call logs and other person information before you give the phone to another user. You are not going to be able to do a factory reset on this device, as Verizon has that feature locked. Thanks and I hope this helps. DebiN
