I have a Razor and Cingular service with unlimited texting. Whenever I go to create a text message, the default message is multimedia and I can't change it back to normal texts. It won't even give me the option to choose. How do I change my default back to normal?

There might be something wrong with your settings I will suggeset for you to offer a master reset you will have to reset your wallpaper and ringtone after this and you will not lose an information on your phone. Here is how you perform a Master Reset on the Motorola RAZR V3:
1. Open your phone up and go to “Settings”
2. Next go to the selection for “Initial Setup”
3. Next go to the selection for “Master Reset”
4. Then select to confirm the option.
5. Now enter the security code which should be “000000”
6. Finally press select or ok and the phone will reset itself to the factory condition
