Question
How do i unlock my 3110c when i have forgotten my keypad lock code? and is it possible to retrieve all my data?

Answer
Hi Sunday -

There's no master unlock code and some devices will unlock if you put in the wrong password 10 times (but not all of them). However, when they unlock, they do erase all your data. Connecting to a PC will not unlock a phone contrary what you may have read. Try putting in the wrong password 10 times and it should finally unlock, but as I mentioned, it will erase your data and there is not a way to retrieve the data. If your contacts are stored on your SIM card, they will not be erased. It is a good idea to always back up your contact information to your SIM card and/or your computer if you have the software required. I hope this helps and sorry that I didn't have better news for you. Thanks. DebiN
