Question
Hi, maybe you can help me out on my Nokia 6500 Classic.
When I receive calls, say about 5 out of 10, I would hear no voice at all. But, if I press the Loudspeaker button, only then I could hear the person's voice who calls me.
I still could use all the features of the phone with no problems, text message is fine as well. Only when a call comes in, I wouldn't know if I can hear the voice or not.
Thanks for your help!

Answer
Hi Andrew -

One of the first things to go on most cell phones is the speaker (not the speakerphone), but the speaker that you put your ear to in order to hear callers. It sounds like that is what is happening to your phone, I'm afraid. This isn't something that you can fix yourself and if you want to continue using this phone, I would recommend taking it to your carrier or an authorized Nokia dealer to have it fixed. Hopefully, it shouldn't cost you very much and it can be fixed, but you won't know for sure until you take it in. I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks. DebiN
