Cellular Phones/RAZR Vm3 memory card

Question
Hi, I have been having trouble with music loading on my cell phone media player.  I have a RAZR Vm3.  I haven't been having trouble accessing my pictures that are on the memory card.  I can move pictures to and from the memory card.  However, I cannot access the music that's on the memory card.  I tried to access it thorough VCast and the phone.  The phone will say that it's loading the music, but it will stop, and my phone will shut off.  What's going on and how do I fix it?

Answer
Hello Connie,

It seems like there is a software issue with your phone, your phone should never shut off. I believe your phones firmware or possibly just the media software has been corrupted you might want to contact Verizon to see if they have any updates for your phone you might have to take your phone in to one of the technicians or swap out your phone through warranty. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
