Cellular Phones/Razar

Question
How do I transfer music to my Razer cell phone?  It has a USB plug on the end.  I have a USB cable to fit it, but Windows Media Player doesn't recognize it to sink music to the phone.

Another question, how do I turn up the volume for the ringer?  It's up all of the way, but its not very loud.  I downloaded a song and it's a LOT louder than the ringer and its at its full volume.  All of the ring tones are the same volume.  What's wrong?

Answer
Hello Joe,

I will suggest for you to transfer music to your phone via Micro card. Insert the micro card into the SD sleeve that came with your micro card and insert it into the memory card reader on your computer. If your memory card does not have a memory card reader you may purchase a USB memory card reader they range between 10-20 dollars at radio shack. There are some ringtones that are purchased that are low in volume it may be that you purchased one of those ringtones.

Adjusting Volume
Press the up or down volume
keys to:
• silence an incoming call
alert
• increase or decrease
earpiece volume during a
call
• increase or decrease ringer volume when the home
screen is visible (flip must be open)
Tip: At the lowest volume setting, press the down
volume key once to switch to vibrate alert. Press it
again to switch to silent alert. Press the up volume key
to switch back to vibrate alert, then ring alert.

I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
