Hi, I just bought a new LG Shine today, and I was attempting to put a pin code on it, and apparently I messed up because it said the PIN code was blocked and I needed to enter a PUK Code. The user guide said they pin code would be 0000, but it's not working. How can I unlock it?

Your cell phone carrier has your PUK code if you have at&t you will need to call them, also if you have a at&t account online it will issue you your PUK code through your account by searching under PUK code.
