I am having problems with my Motorola V3 Razor TMobile - I cannot get picture messages from my friend who has a Motorola i880 Sprint/Nextel - every time he sends a picture to me it says "unsupported media type" -- I was always able to get photos from him until 2 wks ago-we have not changed phones or service ??? HELP!!!!

I would suggest for you to perform a soft reset on your phone. Simply take off the battery cover of your phone remove the battery and leave it off for about a minute. Then when the minute has come please put the battery on your phone followed by the battery cover. This will allow your phone to install any updates from its server that need to be installed this will also reboot your phones software and fix any temporary errors. Performing this action is similiar to rebooting your pc when it has frozen or when it has had some errors that you need to fix by restarting your pc. This will fix your problem.
