does it hurt the battery if you charge the battery even if it's not low or if you
charge it every day?

Hello Jared,

It is recommended for you to charge the battery only when the phone battery needs charging. Every phone has memory cells and if you charge the battery too frequently that makes the battery think it needs recharging when in fact it doesnt. By over charging your cell phone battery this also damages your cell phone battery. Another suggestion if for you to let your phone battery die all the way down then recharge it every once in a while this helps preserve your battery life.
