Question
do i have to have my cellphone on to receive incoming call and if so will it run down my battery sooner rather than haveing the phone off. type of tracfome prepaid motorola w370

Answer
Hello Robert,

In order to receive phone calls on your cell phone your cell phone does have to turned to the on position. If your cell phone is on and not in use the battery should run you anywhere between 3-5 days it has an excellend stand by time for the battery. If the cell phone is off you will not receive any phone calls also when you turn on your cell phone once again you will not be told which calls you have missed it will alert you to any voice mail messages though. Consider your phone in sleep mode when it is powered off and it is not aware of anything when it is in the on position it is aware of everything including incoming calls missed calls and any other information you need. Your cell phone has a battery meter on the upper right hand corner it will alert you when the phone is running low on battery. Also when the battery is about to die out you will hear it make a loud ping sound every 5 minutes or so to let you know to charge the phone immediately. They do make travel chargers for your phone they also make car chargers for your phone. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question
