on the CECT P168C cell phone do you have to for internet per month?
is it optional or is it mandatory?

You dont have to use the internet however if you use the internet and you do not have a package i will be charged on a pay per use basis and depending on what you are looking it and can easily exceed the monthly charge. I would suggest you pay the monthly fee in order to use the internet option. It is not mandatory you take it it does come in handy especially with surcharges.
