i just got an unlocked lg ke970 and i cant the browser or the mms settings right can u help me?

I will be glad to help you out you purchased an unlocked phone that is not designated to any sole carrier that is why you cannot access the internet or receive pictures. Before you are able to do so you will need to set those settings I will be glad to give you those settings as soon as you tell me who your cell phone carrier is. Thank you for your question.
