Question
last week i bought a samsung r500. i also bought a micro sd card to put music on my phone. on my computer it shows music on the card and on my phone's memory it shows music in the my music folder. but when i go to the my music folder it says there is no mp3. can you help me

Answer
Hello Crystal,

Please make sure that the music is not DMR protected this will not let your player play the music. Also please make sure that your music is encoded at a bit rate of 128kb or smaller alot of music players on cell phones can not view mp3 files encoded at anything higher than 128kb. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
