i have a motorola KRZR K1m im trying to transfer music from my windows media player to the microSD/transflash memory chip...but for some reason keeps showing error. ive tried troubleshooting and unhiding files but still with no success. i was told to look for a motorola phone tools so music can be transferred using only usb cord will this work? or do you have a better suggestion? anything might help

Please make sure that the music you are trying to copy to your phone is not DRM protected music. After you can verify that your music is not protected also make sure that the memory card you are using is not currently in the locked position this will allow you to safely copy over music. If all the steps above are correct you will need Motorola phone tools this will help you copy over music with no problem. You will need either to purchase this item online or from a cell phone provider that provides these types of phone softwares.
