  I want to buy a new nokia 6061 in the box. It has cingular on the outside of the phone. The seller says it will work with AT&T and cingular. I am with Suncom now and have a contract with them. Will this cell phone work with them?

In order for the phone to work with your cell phone company you need to make sure that the phone is unlocked. Unlocked meaning that your phone is not bound to work on one cell phone provider only. If the cell phone is unlocked your phone will work on your network. One thing though that I need to mention is that since it was originally a cingular cell phone all the settings are locked to the cingular network you will need to change those settings to Suncom in order to be able to receive multi media messages and forward multi media messages as well. Here is a link to the Nokia Phone Configurator just select your network your cell phone and it will issue you a password then it will send you the settings you need to your cell phone and install them automatically.
