QUESTION: My Sumsung Cell Phone Does Not playback sound when i'm using music player. Help!!

Please make sure that your volume is turned all the way up in the media player. Please make sure that the speaker option works for your ringtones and also please make sure that you can hear the ringer ring when you receive a incoming call this way we can assure ourselves that the speaker is not damaged. We will try a soft reboot while your phone is on remove the battery cover and please remove the battery. Leave off the battery for about a minute now you can insert the battery back into the phone and put the battery cover back in its place. Restart your phone this should fix any temporary problems you had on your software as well as install any new network updates that are needed. QUESTION: Thanks for the response. Actually the speaker is ok. When being called there is sound playback.when i play music or video there is no sound playback.is it a software problem?or setting problem?In fact when i got the phone everything was working fine. please help.

Please remove the battery cover from your phone then remove your battery on the base end of your phone there will be a circular sticker that should be white if it is any color other than white it means that your phone has humidity, condensation or any type of water damage. If your phone has no damage and all your other functions works without delay it will be a software issue on your phone. If you had your phone for less than a year your phone should be covered by your cell providers warranty contact them and they should be able to switch out the phone for your. Another suggestion is take the phone to your local carrier they might be able to flash the phone for you and fix your problem. They might also be able to update your music player. This will delete all of your information on your phone please back up all of your information such as pictures videos contacts as they will be deleted.
