What can be wrong. I can't hear people I call and they can't hear me. If I route it through the loudspeaker we can have a two way conversation. An old nokia phone. Did I change a setting?

I have come across this problem many times I am afraid to tell you that this is a phone problem with your phone that needs replacing of your speaker and no setting can fix this problem. You will either need to get a new phone go through your warranty department or insurance as this will need a replacing. If you do not have a warranty on this phone or any insurance on your phone I will recommend for you to take the phone to a cell phone repair center.
