I set up my internet access properly and can access the internet fine. BUT, when i go to certain web pages (such as google, or facebook) there are square-shapes in stead of letters. Why is like this and how can i fix it?

Hello Katie,

Your phone does not have a full browser it is a mini browser that will allow you to view some pages but not have all the features as you would with internet explorer, firefox, safari and other internet software. You will be limited to alot of access on some of these pages, it will not be able to load flash, java scripts, and other security codes. If you need a full browser you will need to access those pages from your computer. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.
