Question I was wondering if that firmware problem would also occur if the phone just cuts off. I tried everything from charging the phone while the battery was in, charging in the cradle alone, to just letting my phone sit without battery in it for a while. I had just gotten off the phone and the version showed up on a black screen and cut off, I figured it was dead so I changed the battery, I put a fully charged battery in the phone and it comes on but its stuck in a continuos power cycle, I see the bluetooth screen then it just goes black and I can see the screen going from dark black to grayish..any suggestions?
Answer Hello Arlandria,
I would need to see the phone to diagnose the problem it sounds like your phone might have some sort of short due to water or humidity damage. It could also be a firmware issue my suggestion to you in this case would be to take the phone to a tech so he can diagnose the issue. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
