hey there i just got the blackjack samsung cell phone and i can not send pictures. when i try to send or receive them it says "verify your profile settings" how do i make this work?

Hello Ethan,

Do you have internet restrictions on your account. If you do not have any internet access or pay per use on your phone you will not be able to receive or send out pictures. I suggest you contact your cell phone company to get this feature added to your account this way you will not have any problems. I would also suggest for you to take the battery out of your phone for about a minute then insert the battery again power on your device and try again, at times it is just a temporary error on your phone the same as you would receive on your computer at home.
