Hello we purchased an A88 CEC world phone and we are having problems getting the phone to read the memory card. We had to restore the factory settings because the phone was locking up on us then we had to follow your steps to set up the internet but now it says that it can't read the memory card and when we try to go on the internet it says not enough memory. We thought that the memory card might be bad so we went and bought a 4gb sd memory card and we are still getting the same errors that its not reading the memory card. Can you help?

It sounds like you have a bad phone there is no need for you to have to restore settings or any reason as to why you would have to switch out the memory card and your phone not read the phone memory card at all. It sounds like your phones firmware is corrupt I would suggest for you to return the phone and switch it out for another phone. There are no settings that would help you with your phone in this case.
