Thank you very much for your last response. My next question is how can I put ringtones on my Pantech Hero without using the internet on my phone or picture messaging? I do have a micro SD card that has been formatted to my phone, but there isn't a folder on it specified for ringtones.

You can simply create a folder on the memory card through your phone or on your computer since the folder is already formatted through your computer you will not have any problems, then you can simply copy and paste your ringtones into that folder.
