Hi, My name is Mykiah and i am currently having problems with my sidekick 3. I have had my sidekick since March 07. since then i have had problems with the trackball not moving so i sent it in to Tmobile and they replaced it with a new one. since the new one my sidekick has developed the same problems with the trackball not moving plus the device not charging properly. What can i do about this? Do you think they would give me another new one?

I do apologize but the best thing you can do is grab a can of air and spray the ball from a pretty good distance and move the ball while you spray it with air, the odds are that during your time with the phone it has collected dust some type of dirt. Since you purchased your phone in March of 07 your phone stands to its original warranty which would end in March of 08 if you had your phone replaced it would not fall under warranty because it obtains the original warranty of the original item you purchased which was in March of 07. Did you get any insurance on your phone because at this point with no warranty and a bad phone your best bet would be to go through your wireless insurance. If you do not have any insurance I would suggest for you to add insurance and not tell them you are having problems with your phone because if you tell the customer service agent that you are experiencing problems with your phone and you do not have insurance on your phone, they will not add insurance to your phone line. After about a month you can file a claim and get the phone replaced. My last suggestion if you do not want to go through your insurance is that you can upgrade your plan early and get a new phone, this time I would suggest for you to add insurance on your phone line.
