hey robert ..i had to break my questions in 2 parts so please forgive me..my usb wrks when i'm charging my phone from the computer/it cant be recongized whenever i want to dwnload

Hello Bobby,

Your phone should of came with a cd with a driver, you need to install the driver on your computer in order for your computer to recognize the phone. After you install the driver you should install be able to access the phone and send files to your phone via your computer.
