I got my a88 phone online, and about 2 weeks after, I turned it off and now it won't turn back on. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Try a new battery, try charging the phone with a different charger we can hope that its a battery issue or a charger issue. If the issue is not the battery and charger you can attemp to exchange the phone from your place or purchase either they have a 2 week return policy or a 30 day warranty please find out about there return policy that is probably the first step I would take.
