Why is it that when i call a person or they call me i can hear them perfectly but they can barely hear anything i say?? if i can get help with this problem i would really appreciate it.. thank you

It might be that your phone has problems with the speaker, it might be that your volume level is not set right, it might also be that your phone has some type of water or humidity damage. Please remove the battery cover from your phone now please remove the battery from your phone you will see a circular sticker on the base of the phone if it is any color other than white or has any sins of any other color on the sticker this means that the phone has some type of humidity or water damage that would be the cause as to why you can not hear your party when you talk on the phone. Please contact your service provider every phone is given a 1 year manufacurers warranty if your phone has no sign of water damage and you have had your phone for less than a year you will be able to get your phone exchanged at no expense to you except for expedited shipping.
