I just bought the sch-r410 and I am trying to bluetooth a 30 sec mp3 to the phone to use as a ringtone. The phone and computer connect, but when try to send the song the phone says that it does not support file. I tried changing the file type and it still does not work. The computer can bluetooth to other phones including my old samsung schr210. I shortened the sound clip with Adobe Soundbooth, but it is a normal mp3. The phone has sufficient space for the file. If you have any ideas why this isn't working I would appreciate your help very much. thanks

According to the specs from the Samsung website your phone only accepts polyphonic ringtones which is why you can not accept or listen to the ringtone. I hope that I have been of help to you if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for your question.
