I just bought a new GSM P168C Quad Band and am wanting to add music from my itunes onto the phone. But the problem is I have no idea how to do that. I tried to drag and drop but it didn't work. Could you tell me how?

If the music is purchased from itunes your phone will not be able to support it. Your phone will only support mp3 music please format your music to mp3 and your phone will accept the music by drag and drop. There is a free converter at www.dbpoweramp.com you can use this converter along with the assigned codec to convert your music.
