If the screen is cracked and has no picture when you turn it on but does light up and makes the "welcome" noise, would it be fixable?  If so how would you rate the phone & is the phone actually worth spending money to fix it?

I really do not like this phone because it is a triband phone all the features do not work correctly here in the United States because it is a European phone. You can spend about 50 dollars to fix the phone wether it is worth it or not depends on you and your opinion of the phone.
