My relative gifted me n95 ordinary phone from london to india.from some days i face a problem with it, it get restarted on opning of music player,camera or even on put charger pin.i contact nokia care ,the answer is software update. I update with latest firmware updates 6.0, but the problem  still persist,nokia tells that their is claim because purchased from england & if u want to repaired by us it is paid uff
tell me the solution. Bye

Hello Sarab,

I would suggest for you to perform a master clear so your phone is booted from the manufacturer settings this should clear up any errors. If by chance this does not clear the errors for you the problem might be else where. Please remove the battery cover and the battery please make sure that the gold contact leads to the battery are gold and have no green mildew on them, also there is a circular or square white sticker if the sticker is any color other than white this indicates water damage and possible to your board this would be the cause of your phone errors.
